Hima-Sella provides full system integration services including SCADA and PLC programming, panel building and custom built enclosures from its purpose built manufacturing and engineering facility, with 26,000 square feet of workshop space.

Control and Instrumentation Panels
We have the facilities to provide standard and customised cabinet building and integration for all process control systems, marshalling and­ interface applications. Our range of enclosures includes quality mild and stainless steel, aluminium and polycarbonate materials. We also provide a full range of Ex and climate control solutions.

Plant Displays
We recognise that plant displays must provide operators with a real time accurate view of their plant and process which displays precise information at any given time. We offer a varied product range to develop plant simulations to exact requirements. Our displays range in size and function from a simple mimic to a completely integrated control room display and can be modified and updated when required.

The Mimics we provide are versatile in size and function – ranging from small desktop displays to full wall plant replicas. We also incorporate large screen technology using DLP rear projection display wall systems which allow for greater flexibility for simultaneously monitoring more than one area of an installation.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Alongside our well known reputation for using our core range of HIMA programmable safety PLCs, we also have the knowledge and experience to programme and integrate a wide variety of standard PLCs including Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, MTL MOST, GE Fanuc and Modicon.

SCADA Systems
As a pioneer of open standards based client focused solutions, Hima-Sella has many years systems integration experience in programming and integrating a wide variety of standard PLCs and SCADA systems.  We have provided SCADA based systems to a variety of industries, including oil & gas, transport, process and chemical.  We have SCADA application, programming and integration experience with Citect, Ifix, Wizcon and Wonderware.
